So my lame old MP3 player is now broken for an unknown reason. That means that I lost most of the songs I had in there, because only a few of them are on my computer. But I don't care about it, I was getting tired of the music anyway.

So I'll probably buy a new not-so-lame sort of music-playing electronic gadget, and I want to build a new music collection, which will not be based on my last one. I was never the kind of guy who knows a lot of music and stuff, so there's where you come in :D

If you want to, leave a comment to tell my which your favorite song is, or just to say which songs I should listen to. Any genre is accepted. Stupid comments are accepted too.

EDIT: On 14th February I'll go to Brazil for 2 weeks. I'll be back around March 1st. Thanks a lot to Insanimation who will be depositing for me. Really, he's awesome!

I would probably advise stuff like Linkin Park and Nirvana, simply because they are my favourite bands, but it's entirely up to you..

If you're more of a metal and rock man:
- Metallica
- System Of A Down [don't forget the old stuff ;) ]
- Amon Amarth (I don't know the band very well but "Twilight of the thundergod" is awesome!)

Those are a few I can think of right now. I hope you like some of my suggestions.

Thanks, I can't say I've listened to all of them... But now I think about it, there's a System of a Down CD somewhere in my house... If only I could find it...
